A collaboration between Chef Daniel Humm and Eleven Madison Park, along with food visionary Kas Saidi, Algae Cooking Oil was developed as a sustainable and healthy alternative to traditional cooking oils. Algae's minimal carbon footprint and resilience offer a new sustainable alternative to land farming, Algae is the mother of all plants, the originator of oil in nature - It takes just three days to ferment algae to get to the end product, resulting in a carbon footprint that roughly half of Avocado, Canola, and Olive oil.
