Erah of Inez, launched as a project born from our passion for the land and our love of family and cooking. Our first venture is Olive Oil, a celebration of the olive trees on our small, organic farm. With those trees, the olives they produce, and our very own mill, we are committed to making some of the finest Extra Virgin Olive Oil in California—and beyond.
