Carter's Cookbook

Carter Were is a New Zealander cooking out of a converted horse stable near Byron Bay, where she feeds her family and grows her own vegetables. Her twin sister Harry, a photographer back home in New Zealand, shoots every book. The sisters self-publish the series, which started in 2019 as a way to make "something tangible that people could have forever."
